Sr. Graphic Designer

Mickey

The Modern College of Design

I find inspiration in movies, music, animation, games, nature, and art. I’m drawn to experiences that immerse people in atmosphere, emotion, and imagination. You’ll also often find me hanging out with the nearest animal in the area.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, I enjoy bringing these influences into my creative process, often starting with a sketch and building on a strong foundation, adding layers until a certain aesthetic or mood has been communicated. I’m also fascinated by human psychology and the motivations behind why people think, feel, and connect with certain experiences, which often helps guide my design choices. I enjoy exploring styles ranging from textured illustrations to sleek corporate brand identities, and everything in between.

Unknown Fact:

I was elected to my college’s Student Council on a platform centered around creating the college’s Yoga Club to help students and faculty stay healthy and relieve stress. I was originally set to lead the first yoga class, until the Vice President’s wife, a certified yoga instructor, volunteered to teach the classes for the rest of the year. It was a huge success!
