1. Eligibility:

The PPA Agency Hamilton Ticket Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of PPA Agency, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor:

The Promotion is sponsored by PPA Agency LLC, located at 59 E Church St, Pickerington OH 43147 (“Sponsor”).

3. Promotion Period:

The Promotion begins at May 21, 8 a.m. and ends at May 21, 6 p.m. EST (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter:

To enter, visit the PPA Agency booth at Small Business Expo Columbus during the Promotion Period and drop a business card in the bucket. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize:

One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to Hamilton at the Ohio Theatre (39 E State St, Columbus, OH, 43215) on July 16, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. EST, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $464.30. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be held on or about May 22. Winner will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner must have a Ticketmaster account to accept tickets.

7. Odds:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Publicity:

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions:

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

11. Disputes:

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

12. Winners List:

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: PPA Agency LLC, Attn: Hamilton Giveaway, P.O. Box 106, Pickerington OH 43147. Requests must be received by June 22, 2025.
